Of course, that hasn't been proven and even it were true, there was no justice to obstruct as there is no punishment laid out for violations of The PRA which is the only relevant statute in this "case". This is a situation where a former president and current candidate who is leading in the polls is being persecuted by the opposition to keep him from running and winning. This is banana republic and Putin-type stuff and cannot be allowed to stand. I expect convictions on cases that go to jury and then if things work correctly, reversals at the appellate or more likely SCOTUS level. If not, the country cannot recover as one party and the courts will be running the country.

He is not being prosecuted for violations of PRA, you have been told that many times.

He lied about not having the documents, told his employees and lawyers to lie AND told his employees to delete video evidence.
