Since PRA does not have a criminal enforcement provision and the criminal case against Trump does not hinge on the PRA at all, there is nothing for me to admit here. It's completely irrelevant to the criminal case against Trump.
Nah, he will never admit he is wrong - he will play the victim card as usual and call the jury 'deep state'.
It's their go to excuse for everything.
It is doubtful that the Georgia trial can be held this quickly -- especially for all the defendants at the same time when you consider discovery material review time, interim motions, etc., etc. Most likely Fani Willis is putting this stake in the ground to push the defendants (and their lawyers) to get things in gear so she can get the actual trial underway in spring of 2024. She also wants to move faster than the other courts which have charged Trump (i.e. to be first in line).

The criminal case against Trump is bogus. You can't sidestep The PRA.
Sure you can since Trump wasn't President when he told his employees to lie and destroy evidence.

Of course, that hasn't been proven and even it were true, there was no justice to obstruct as there is no punishment laid out for violations of The PRA which is the only relevant statute in this "case". This is a situation where a former president and current candidate who is leading in the polls is being persecuted by the opposition to keep him from running and winning. This is banana republic and Putin-type stuff and cannot be allowed to stand. I expect convictions on cases that go to jury and then if things work correctly, reversals at the appellate or more likely SCOTUS level. If not, the country cannot recover as one party and the courts will be running the country.
When you have to make up lies about a judge's ruling than claim victory you know you've gotten your ass handed to you.
