Americans don't work hard. You have one of the easiest economies in the world to make money in and lower taxation. Longer hours maybe but that is just coz your greedy and have to compete for each other to afford stupid McMansions

Actually there was a study done: you want to make a liberal become more conservative then make them feel scared. If you want to make a conservative more liberal make them feel more secure.
I've read that study, there is certainly plasticity.
