Strongly agree? Hehe!

What happens when you disagree? Do you strongly disagree?

I took two surveys last week after I called customer service involving two different situations...

Strongly Disagree
Somewhat Disagree
Neither Agree nor Disagree
Somewhat Agree
Strongly Agree

I think I'm traumatized after seeing those survey options in about 15 questions. :banghead:

I hear ya'. It is a terrible thing, these darn tests and surveys which ask for simply that multiple choice stuff. Sure, they ask for written feedback at the end, but nobody reads it. Because people today cannot read. They have to scan it into their phones/online devices, and have the devices TELL them what they should think.
