    Dear heispark, I came here because I did some searching and that you had issue with logging in Singapore Rithmic server with Motivewave? I also have this issue and no one is able to fix it for me (I can connect to all other servers). May I ask are you able to connect to Singapore server now through Motivewave? Thank you

    Hi,
    I used to have an issue with Rithmic's servers. Singapore was the least problematic at that time. It's Rithmic's fault. They were doing/updating something on their servers. Now I use normal U.S. server and it's stable. If you have an issue with Singapore, try Tokyo server instead. Rithmic also suggested Tokyo server. Contact Rithmic for help. They are working hard and very responsive.
