I am saying there are only a few options. That the Troika really believed Greece was fully capable of paying the loans back with simple austerity is delusional, and makes you look stupid.

who said Troika thought they could repay all of their loans by 2015 or 2020? Are we talking about different Troikas?

Greeks will always be Greeks, and expecting them to become Germans is a fool's pursuit. Hundreds, if not thousands of years of culture made them who they are. They will try to get what they can and then default anyway. It would be smart if the EU and particularly Germany, recognized this now and was done with them. By the looks of some of the surveys, the Germans are getting wise to it.

Where did i say 2015 or 2020? Greeks could not, would not be subject to decades of austerity to pay back the loans. If that is what the Troika believed, then they were fools. You too if you thought that was what the Greeks would opt.

Spain will be next, and for the same reasons.
