Abortion Rights Score Huge Victory In Kansas

The point is that it’s none of your business. Who do you think you are or the state that you can tell a woman what to do with her body?
Are you referring to a female fetus....All states provide due process to a fetus at some point of development...should that be stripped away

In Kansas the people decided. In Texas the whack jobs did.

Gallup: “Nearly four in 10 Americans, 39%, say they have felt the urge to organize or join a public demonstration… In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision eliminating abortion as a constitutional right and returning abortion policy decisions to individual state governments, 31% of those who have expressed a desire to protest name the abortion issue as their greatest motivation to do so.”

“Beyond abortion, the issues now mentioned most as reasons to demonstrate are law enforcement or Black Lives Matter (22%), women’s rights (19%), civil or equal rights (11%), and government or political issues (10%).”

All rights have limitations… what’s your point?
When do the rights of a fetus (to live) balence against the rights of a woman to destroy it.....Somewhere there needs to be a line.....The line either needs to be a natural line ( conception, heartbeat) or a artificial line like 90 days

Boomer male virtue signaling on prime display.

You need to be careful with fetal rights because that opens up a whole other box of issues. For example, the fetus may be totally healthy but killing the mother whose rights does the law recognize of both are truly “alive.” Be careful here because if you say the mother’s life then you undermine your whole argument about “life.”

But at the end of the day, it’s none of our business.

The line needs to be drawn....The public wants that also
Unless you argue for unlimited abortion including partial birth abortion then the state and court needs to determine when a fetus has due rights.
It a tough line to draw....You seems to be promoting partial birth abortion if the mother chooses ( always an exception for health of the mother)
