this can all be settled with simple math. The 10% in the lowest income bracket are poor. The 10% in the highest income bracket (or net worth) are rich. And everybody else is "middle class."

not sure if it is still true, but they said in the 21st century Sweden is the best place to be poor and the most expensive place to be rich and if I was rich I would want to live in a place that was the best for the poor

just because they are appointed for life doesn't mean they are not worried about where the tax money will come from to pay their salary and pension if there are no more big businesses to tax.
