In all seriousness, this forum has at least 10 regular posters that are absolute lunatics, most of whom have racist ideas mixed in. Of course they hate Obama, he's colored. That's all it takes. And for those who are merely bigoted ( rather then racist ) or seek to make their racism less obvious, they invent ridiculous concepts like "leftism" or ramble on about the evils of being "liberal". Of course, this is coming from the lunatic who knows nearly nothing about their home country of Canada -- even to the point of denying that Canada public medicine has long wait times, many Canadians go to the U.S. for medical care, and private medical clinics are widespread in Canada & used by the middle class. Of course nine_ender denies obvious truths while slandering those who bring them up - while living in a personal world devoid of reality.
the problem with Canada is, their dollar is falling and ours is not. Bad news if you are a USD farmer trying to export wheat.
The amusing part about Canadians that they are more interesting in our politics than their own. Over 3 times the number of Canadians watched the Republicans debate than their own Prime Minister debate that was held the same week.
I agree elections are a farce but at least the people feel better going through the motions of an election. I am voting third party as I do every election. I know it is pointless but at least I can cast my vote against the two party system we have now.
I don't know what all the gnashing of teeth is about. One of the best people to be considered for POTUS is going to get the dem nomination. Calm down for chrissake.
