I think its the result of market cap weighted indexing. The Megacaps just snowball. SMCI will probably get pulled out of IWM and go into the Q's. And Apple and NVDA have market cap dominance contests.

Everything is correlated. They hold many regional banks. KRE has been going down with it. Maybe HYG has better correlation. I will have to look at it.

I mostly trade in index ETFs. Any thoughts on why IWM has been going down since the big pop on Wednesday morning. But TLT has been going up. Seems unusual.

Yes. I read alot of technical literature in my day job. I used to play guitar. Paul Gilbert and Yngwie style shredder. But now my left hand has too many injuries and broken fingers from MMA training. But I do find studying music theory and chord structure interesting.

Pro Athletes still lift weights, run, do cardio, etc. They do more than just practicing their sport. Do you do any type of mental drills or do anything outside of the market to keep yourself sharp?

Ive learned to tune it all out and just focus on managing my trades. Whether good news is bad news, or bad news is good news matters little to me. I don't care about the Fed. I don't care about Trump. I don't care about basketball. I don't care about Diddy.

I think it's fine to be a one trick pony, as long as you can excel at that 1 trick. Long before I was a trader, I was a martial artist. But I could never stick to just 1 sport or discipline. It's my M.O. to be more rounded and horizontally integrated.
