The stand-your-ground law is relatively new (2005) and there haven't been many cases. The Martin/Zimmerman case may be important for that reason, depending upon how Zimmerman's lawyers play it, how prosecutors react and what the judge allows.

I think the answer is China and Chinese but it could be Mexico and Mexican. Either way it must be at the bottom of the food chain.
