That eyewitness is pretty weak based on her statement, "it was very dark, but I thought the larger man was on top". Very dark, I thought, larger man...all can be taken apart by a good denfense attorney.
Forensic evidence will tell the tale. It will let us know what Martins position was in relation to Zimmerman. Gun shot residue, blood splatter, angle of entry wound, all will give a clear picture of positioning.
All I'm pointing out is the attempt to portray Martin as some little kid. He wasn't! Does this make him guilty? Absolutely not, but it makes one wonder why people are trying so hard with the Martin little, Zimmerman big argument. It really isn't relevant at all. Martin wasn't beaten to death, he was shot.
