Since when is a bussiness worried about a lawsuit. They do what ever they want when every they want and will pay fines later.

More than likely true. But working in America is more about being part of the in group than getting anything productive done.

Comparing Facebook to mobile technologies is apple to oranges.
Facebook is corperate and government friendly it is and easier way to keep people in thier pens and keep them ignorant.
Social media is just anther form of controling the masses keep them dumb fill, them with hope and robing them of every penny.
