Actually i am more interested in what u do with your stop loss settings at entry.......I can help u with that but mentor might get jealous......I wonder if volente is your mentor?

to say the indicators use is stupid is an example of your arrogance, rudeness, and ignorance of the reality of trading futures markets.......I think mentor is most likely teaching u more things than he should, such as mouth open, mind closed..........
 
Depends on the entry, the risk vs. reward, and S&R lines that define the risk vs. reward.

If I feel uncertain about a trade after I first execute it, I'll take profit immediately and scalp until a clearer picture is painted and I can react to it.

Well Porgie, I guess a lot of people are stupid in your mind.

I didn't say indicators are stupid. I respect people that use them. But they are not for me. Just as many people say Forex is not tradeable.

You are the one with a closed mind, and won't think for yourself, so I pity you, and that is that.

But I am arrogant, rude, and ignorant and not a good trader. Yup, because you say so Porgie, but once again, i'll go back to focusing on my trading, and not worry about you, who just complains a lot about other's trading, and yet, can't even "reveal" your trading secrets that apparently make you rich.

Porgie, I'm sorry to go back to insulting you, but seriously, do you take drugs? Or something. One week, you are complaining about your faults as a trader, which there are many. Then one week, you are bashing on someone else because you are jealous.


Stop being jealous Porgie... go out and trade your system. Stop worrying about others. You whine too much and are only here to bring down others because you are not secure about your own self.

It's sad, but it is the truth.

I like NinjaTrader and TradeMaven, they allow you to set the stop and the proft, and that way my risk vs reward ratio is already defined. But I only use the profit order when scalping. Otherwise I just move the stop to protect my position.

I've been reading up a lot about Risk vs. Reward management, does really well. Also The Disciplined Trader helped out a lot. I've gotten rid of questioning my interpretation of the market, and just executing. It pays off without question.
 
sorry JM....I overreacted...........I am trying to toughen u mentally to trade..........why did u lose money on your initial trading? What did u do wrong besides not listening to mentor.........anyonewho let's comments on forum affect their trading is begging for it.........THIS IS ALL FOR FUN AND GAMES......FORUMS WON'T HELP YOU BECOME A BETTER TRADER.........
