I find it amusing that liberals in this forum are claiming that NBC dealt with the Lauer situation quickly and effectively.

NBC stonewalled the woman with the Sochi allegations for over 3 years and denied everything she said. It was not until she showed up with her lawyer with public area video showing NBC’s claims of “Lauer was not in the hotel at that time”, “Lauer never even met this woman”, etc. were totally false did NBC take action — coupled with two major media outlets also about to break stories on the claims driving the firing.
