Yes. Kamala Harris is a DEI candidate.

Sure, but I don't see any of those things as being any more of a crime than jaywalking. Not to mention the intention never aligns w/ the actual implementation. There are kids selling poke-mon cards on eBay who now have to deal w/ the government's inability to contain it's own spending.

They're going after more and more vulnerable people. All happening under the Democrat admin. Meanwhile... "no tax on tips". They're all crooks. I like to say the GOP lies about the top line and the Dems lie about the bottom line (or vice versa). There's hardly a difference.

What the electorate needs to do is keep them on their toes... they work for us, not vice versa. It's simply the Dems turn to lose power.

the government spending is a problem with both sides. This becomes a straw man argument.

That literally flew over my head. What, your house is painted black? LOL

we are Indian. Our house was a combination of French and Indian design with modern Indian art. We were told to take all the Indian stuff off the walls but keep the French stuff.

in the end, all the bids were from Indian doctors.

I don't see how this is a strawman... both sides misbehave. That needs to be corrected, not reinforced. If the Dems win again, there will be no reason for them to even reconsider their rhetoric re: spending. The GOP is the party of "fiscal conservatism" even if it's just lip service... as you say, the rhetoric does matter.

Hmph. I never knew that. I knew there was a reason I halfway liked you. Man I have more jaw dropping respect for your culture than you'll ever know. Good people. And smart. And hard working. There's a reason every large-cap stock in the S&P has a ceo whose name I can't pronounce. :D

I mean... you disagree?

I do not disagree. There are a lot of things that need to be "tightened up". The "mamala" brand is not reassuring. Moms are usually the coddlers and dads tend to lay down the law... at least that's what I've noticed anecdotally.

I was told to de-ethnicize my house when I tried to sell it.

IMHO, just further evidence of the unintended consequences caused by easy money. The real-estate agent was clearly thinking about the commission and had no respect for the parties involved in the transaction. Extremely poor choice of words.

If there were a concern regarding marketing of the property it should have been addressed as an issue regarding personal belongings... ethnicity has nothing to do with it. I'm sorry you had to experience that. We're so mobile these days that kind of thing is, unfortunately, bound to happen.

I agree individuals should strive to improve their behavior. I'm not confident it will ever be eliminated altogether, nor do I think a bigger central government can effect that change.

All that, and if it was a decent place, he should have sold it by owner and saved 6%.
But whadda I know.
I just don't like forking over $30,000 for someone who's sole purpose in life is to slide documents across a table at closing for me to sign.

I wish someone would tell me to de-ethnicice a house... not sure what I'd do, but I'd come up with something good. And they'd never say that again.
