There's no fixin' stupid.
All that, and if it was a decent place, he should have sold it by owner and saved 6%.
But whadda I know.
I just don't like forking over $30,000 for someone who's sole purpose in life is to slide documents across a table at closing for me to sign.
I wish someone would tell me to de-ethnicice a house... not sure what I'd do, but I'd come up with something good. And they'd never say that again.
IMHO, just further evidence of the unintended consequences caused by easy money. The real-estate agent was clearly thinking about the commission and had no respect for the parties involved in the transaction. Extremely poor choice of words.
If there were a concern regarding marketing of the property it should have been addressed as an issue regarding personal belongings... ethnicity has nothing to do with it. I'm sorry you had to experience that. We're so mobile these days that kind of thing is, unfortunately, bound to happen.
I agree individuals should strive to improve their behavior. I'm not confident it will ever be eliminated altogether, nor do I think a bigger central government can effect that change.
hahahahMarketing a house isn’t easy. Managing the closing process with inspections isn’t easy. It was worth the money.
hahahah
yeah it is
But whale that you are... time is money
government ended slavery.
government ended segregation.
Government also approved and condoned those practices.
So point is government does direct how society moves.
And republicans/MAGA seem to be moving towards more racism, sexism, and more religious intolerance
You feel the economy is suffering because of the news you are consuming. I feel it’s doing better because of the news I am consuming.
I will only suggest you read a comment a very smart person made earlier...
Secret information?I don’t think so. There’s a lot of secret information. And screwing that up could cost you a lot more than 5percent.
plus which buyside broker will show a house to a client where there’s no seller commision? So you are really saving 2.5percent.
