Can anyone explain why is groups like ISIS and Al Queda aren't in Gaza fighting The IDF? I know why nation states like Iran and Turkey aren't getting involved,The US.But why isn't rouge groups like ISIS not fighting when they weren't scared to fight, even The US,in Syria and Iraq? Why isnt The Taliban fighting ?They too weren't scared to fight The US or Russia
Admittedly this isn't my expertise and other than The Sunni/Shia rivalry I don't know much about this stuff.

Although they are all muslim and anti-western, that doesn't mean they get on with each other as you noted above with the Sunni/Shia rivalry. In the battle for dominance of a global jihadist state, one group will not want to play second-fiddle to the other.
The Taliban fighting in Palestine would be a whole different proposition to them fighting in Afghanistan .... a country they knew like the back on their hands....mountains, caves, passes. Why step into that battlefield like lambs to the slaughter?
In my opinion these other groups will bide their time, and strike when conditions are favourable to THEM. I just don't see the logic in Israel's ongoing escalation (of course I don't agree with the Hamas attack in the first place, but two wrongs don't make a right). They'll argue they need to make their borders safer and need to clear back any "threat". Then they'll probably settle these newly claimed lands, which will then be again on the border of some very dangerous threat that again needs to be dealt with !
If you go in and kill the (quite often innocent) mothers and fathers of children, history tells us these children will probably grow up with a deep hatred of the oppressor.....and remember..these kids will be willing to die and even kill themselves for their cause, a mindset not adopted by western societies. This conflict has been simmering away all my life but sadly I see it entering it's most un-solvable stage. Israel might think it's untouchable with it's fancy defence shield and US-backing but I wouldn't want to live in Tel Aviv for the foreseeable future.
Netanyahu Should Quit. The U.S. Can Help With That.

Biden tells donors Israel is losing support, Netanyahu must change his government

President Joe Biden said Tuesday Israel’s prime minister needs to change his hardline government and warned support for the country’s military campaign is waning amid heavy bombardment of Gaza.
Speaking to Democratic donors in Washington, Biden said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had a “tough decision to make.”
“This is the most conservative government in Israel’s history,” Biden said, adding that the Israeli government “doesn’t want a two-state solution.”
Biden said Israel was beginning to lose support around the world, and argued Netanyahu “has to strengthen and change” the Israeli government to find an eventual long-term solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
The remarks – delivered at an off-camera fundraiser, a venue in which the president has been more freewheeling than his usual White House appearances – amounted to some of Biden’s most candid to date when it comes to his view of the ongoing war. Before the war broke out, Biden had been open in his criticism of Netanyahu’s governing coalition, which includes far-right parties. But he has mostly stood shoulder-to-shoulder with Netanyahu in public since the conflict began, despite mounting criticism of the Israeli campaign.
