They probably are overwhelmed with bureaucracy and fired the programmers who built the system long ago, if they work like almost every other company
It says currently "System are returning to normal functionality" but still with a red status bar on their status webpage. And I am still not even able to log into TWS. Has any of you able to at least log in?
