Good, then go away as you still have not pointed out an inaccuracy in the first, or second, article I posted. You remember the first one, which talked about a 99% conviction rate based on coerced confessions, which you support but both articles say the Japanese are trying to change. Like I said, you should go there and fix their legal system since your the expert or preferably just not say anything else about this and comment on what you know something about. Hey, you notice how you are arguing with everyone on this thread? That is telling.
Sure, I love arguing if it is worthy. In other threads I add domain knowledge as I see fit and if it helps others and in threads like this it gets sometimes heated, no harm done. Usually it happens when certain people get triggered and have a major freak out just after my first few posts early on in the thread. I have a thick skin so all good. Perhaps we get off to a better start in other threads.
Just to add,
Blacks are naturally more emotional, it's in their genes.
They have a superior physique but an inferior intellect.
I am generalizing here, of course there are outliers.
If you look at the business world or sports that requires intellect, you will notice a lesser number of blacks. However, if you look at sports where physique plays the major role, like running and so on, blacks will dominate.
I am just stating facts based on observation. Nothing racist here. It's like I am saying women are weaker than men. It's a fact and it's not sexist.

It is one thing to say “it’s my observation”, it’s quite another to say “it’s in their genes”.
Do tell, as if you can prove this, it is my understanding, you are ahead of the geneticists. Don’t post an article about the MAOA gene unless you can explain its similar appearance in Asian men without the negative consequences. Educate me.

Prove? Its proven all over. Check the last the last 50 years of athletic wins. Check the last 50 years of standardized academic testing. Those are facts. Check the past 50 years of which race values and emphasizes education and which not. Those are facts. Hard cold facts. Even blacks with the means to get proper education results are similar compared to Asians for example. Different races emphasize different areas of excellence they strive for. What is so hard to understand?its people like you who deny the facts and hard statistical numbers

Lol. You said “it’s in their genes”. What gene has been found? I’m aware of the disparity in the testing. Unequivocally, there is a difference. But, is it based on environment or genetics? Look up the criticism of The Bell Curve if you want reasons for the disparity. You mentioned genes. I asked you to back up your statement. Still waiting.
