I do not think YOU know why Lady Justice is blind-folded.

She is blind-folded because she will not see beyond the purest intellect and interest of the law. She will not see emotion, she not see revenge, she will not see anything remotely related to human reaction. She will see only the law as written in the legal lexicon, and that is it.

The greatest examples of this are the SCOTUS, who are supposed to be the highest examples of this ideal.

Fact is that your statistic whitewashes Black crimes which Blacks in America commit disproportionately more than any other race. That is the fact. Your reference does not take into account that Blacks are a minority and yet commit a huge amount of crimes that dwarf all other races.

You haven't stated a single fact there buddy, you've listed a bunch of your bigoted "observations". In fact, the one "fact" you listed I clearly showed to be completely and utterly false by providing you the actual source document that your "fact" allegedly came from. Sadly, it appears that you're the one who doesn't actually work off facts, you've decided what you believe and you're impervious to anything that doesn't comport with that. And any nuance about why people who came from crap backgrounds tend to be more likely to engage in crime or get lower test scores seems to be completely beyond you. Yeah, pretty clearly displaying the characteristics of NPD at a minimum. The lack of self-awareness is hard to believe.
