It would be awesome to hear RCG admit this point without giving some kind of left wing mamby pamby "poverty" excuse, as if that even matters in a pragmatic context.

So for crime it look like black people commit violent crime against other black people MORE than against to white people. And for only 13% of population, black men are victims to 49% homicides.
