Mental disorder and behaviour of narcissist personality with other employees ?€œYou are glad to have found someone special ?€œ , Crazy mental says to another employee , ?€œshabir , are you jealous of my trades?XXXXX

Looks for victims of narcissistic supply to admire his ego , and seeks admiration of his ego with Sabir and me.xxxxxxxx

Mental sees delusional system trades , when none exist.MENTAL xxxxxxxx regularly disrupts chats with delusional system trades.

trader LOSER walks away and believes he is right when he is wrong.A LOSER CAN NOT PROGRESS xxxxxxxx

trader LOSER walks away saying he is a better trader when he is a loserxxxxxxxx

LOSER loses 30 pips a week for 8 months , and finally losses 30 pips when system gives 160 pips in a week.xxxxxxxx

DELUDED HEADCASE believes professional traders work on forums.Appears on a fx forum as a mad idiot who deludes himself as a professional , after working at METATRADER PROFESSIONAL , the word professional is suck up?€™s wordxxxxxxxx

LOSER does not do the job he is paid to do , to follow system which makes pips , but loser disrespects the systems AND USES THE ACCOUNT TO FULLFIL HIS EGO.xxxxxxxx

3 MONTHS EARLIER , friends had advised me to get RID OF LOSER , HE HAS LOSER?€™S MINDSET , I HAD HOPED HE WOULD CHANGE ....but a leopard never loses his spots.

YOU CAN WORK WITH A NORMAL PERSON , ONE WHO CAN LEARN FROM HIS MISTAKES , YOU CAN NOT WORK WITH A MENTALLY ILL , CRAZY AND DELUDED PERSON.xxxxxxxx

The more optimistic you are before becoming profitable trader, often times you will lose much more. And if not profitable trader, spending much time on this site is not going to help a great deal as one needs to be testing and practicing.
 
My trading results do not equate to wining or losing. I execute a system, I am not watching the profits or losses until the trade is over than it is recorded. As long as I stick to my own conceived best practices for trade selection and execute the plan then I have done well. Does a flat or down year make me a loser? - no way, that is to be expected. Taking away that winner/loser mentality makes trading not such a dramatic thing, it feels more like doing some simple admin work.

This is real case of a trading educator , who was hired to put on trades for the signals he provided.This headcase prompted me to study "Narcisstic personality and trader's personalities ".Traders are born with specific personalities , or have early learned inspirations from colleagues , to either become losers or winners or be normal.This trading educator used to work for a forex company , providing signals and selling services.

Trader's have personalities , either some are suited to trading or are not suited .You can not change them "you can not teach an old dog new tricks"

You can not prepare traders for trading , with just technical trading and systems , if they do not have the psyche i.e 12 inches between the ears.

You may have the right mindset in trading , so there has never been any reason to study trader psychology and mindsets .

But then you have broker's statistics of 95% , and some forums even hide these truths from members

so you have right mindset and attitude , but not everybody has it.We are talking about trader's beliefs and personalities , it has nothing to do with actual trading in winning or losing

and with a precautionary money management. Or you don't.

You are writing this and you are showing me your level of intelligence , somewhere I ascertained you are also A TRADING EDUCATOR .You really should not be selling education on trading because you lack the the necessary knowledge of psychology .A little knowledge is dangerous , due to unqualified people on the sidelines

In fact some of the sponsors or previous sponsors , selling educational courses , sell education with a psychology course .Some of the educational courses are $60,000 each and please get a vendor badge , pay your dues on this site.

I seriously suggest you take a dunning kruger test on your competence.Maybe all u lot who go around giving likes to useless posts , should all do the same.
