We are looking to partner up with someone ...our strategies are based on Reinforced DeepL and are currently doing very well.

The strategy does between 300m-500m / day but this can go up to a yard.

I saw on one of the HFT posts saw that you are trading HFT successfully. Currently trade manually and have some decent strategies. Really want to grow further and go into algorithmic trading. Pretty much a noob in this field but keen to learn and looking for a mentor. Would really appreciate if you could lend some guidance or offer some suggestions on reading materials to get me started.
