According to my observations the biggest volume for XLF was on tops of todays move. Which means to me that financials are headed lower if not tomorrow then on friday.
 
I can see us getting to 800 soon. Maybe even 775......Worse case scenario is 750. No chance of it going lower.

I have been trading many years and I am actually putting my money where my opinion is. :)

PS. I'll be big time hedged (or bear) if we go below 750.

I believe there is a real strong chance of the S&P going below 750, even 700 ultimately. Not sure of the exact timing, but the next leg down will commence when bullish sentiment goes abit higher and a new shock of bankruptcies becomes reality.

Oh man, I was hoping no one would notice. :)

I sure hope your analysis is wrong for the sake of the country and world. Many people will get hurt much worse.

I hope i'm wrong as well.

But, the S&P traded around 500 in the mid 1990's before it exploded up, creating a massive long term double top around 1550. I believe the S&P could see 500 again, and the world will not end.
