Have faith. The bulls need to bust previous day's high of SPX 1150.

Europe finished the day virtually unchanged with lower highs and lower lows on their daily chart.

The 1150 level on the S&P is proving to be formidable resistance. To me, it looks like a double top has formed between 1148-1150. Lower priced ahead.

double top about to be tested it would seem.

sorry, i don't mean to butt into your argument, but the words "market" and "reality" really don't belong in the same sentence together.

A rally with zero funding from the Fed...no POMO, no QE, no juicing at options expiration. Any idea how much they're really contributing?

Having said that, we may be seeing shades of late 2007. All this Fed activity boosts stocks, gold, non-Dollar currencies and Treasuries for awhile, but stocks are the first to fizzle out....

I totally agree, that's not what the market is for. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a failure.

Since you don't know when the Fed does anything specifically, your situation will never happen. The fed is not buying on the long-side every minute of every day - this is the new "normal" - trade accordingly.
