Will Sessions Resign?

Did Loretta Lynch recuse herself? Did Holder? No, and the cowardly republicucks were too intimidated by their race to make an issue of it. Sessions is the other side of the coin. As a white southerner, anything he did was going to be criticized. He had already lost a federal judgeship over made-up racial charges that were ridiculous on their face. So it's easy to see how he wanted to err on the side of avoiding controversy, but it was the wrong decision.

In fairness, neither he nor Trump could imagine the deputy AG would fold like a cheap lawn chair at the first hint of media criticism and appoint Mueller, but they appointed him. In a perfect world, Trump could have appointed someone like Christie or Guiliani as AG, and he still might, but they had their own baggage.

It's a tough situation. Sessions was one of Trump's first prominent supporters and Trump owes him, but AG maybe was not the best position for him. Sessions kind of blindsided Trump if Trump was not aware that Sessions planned on recusing himself. Maybe a solution would be to move Sessions to Homeland Security in place of the boob Kelly, who seems to undercut policy every day with inane comments.

For many reasons but none of them negative towards Sessions...he should quit.
But because Sessions had the integrity to recuse himself as he probably should have I think he should be the AG.

Sessions is taking this way too personally. He apparently doesn't understand how in TrumpWorld, moons orbiting the Emperor move out of sight for periods of time, only to reappear later. His erratic orbit is affecting other moons, for example Tillerson. He is close to disturbing the space-time continuum.
