Trump supporters like trolling because the facts don't support their narrative. Trolling is all they have left to claim.

Putin is playing against NATO and US policy, not a particular president.

sounds like Yes Minister sequel.
In Yes, Minister, the person who spoke like that was very smart, and his phrases were fully coherent yet purposefully meaningless.

Kamala Harris is dumb as a rock, and her phrasing is incoherent and therefore meaningless.

Otherwise, yes, sounds like Yes, Minister.

you got it.

Many senators and lawmakers in Washington DC don’t understand. Putin, good or evil, will be remembered by history book as a strong man taking back what’s lost. Next Russian president, strong or weak, will inherit the territory. United States in contrast, is in expansion mode for the last three hundred years. Some miss the confederacy are the same logic.

By the way Putin has just announced he is sending troops into eastern Ukraine on a "Peacekeeping" mission.

Maybe this is year he finally wins that Nobel Peace Prize.:)

Vladimir Putin nominated for Nobel Peace Prize
BY CHRISTOPHER BRITO

SEPTEMBER 24, 2020 / 5:23 PM / CBS NEWS

Russian President Vladimir Putin has been nominated for the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize, the Russian state news agency TASS reported Thursday. Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters that the nomination did not come from the Kremlin.

According to TASS, a group of Russian public figures led by writer Sergey Komkov submitted the nomination, which was sent to Oslo on September 10.

"If this decision is made" — to award Putin the prize — "great, if not, it's no problem as well," Peskov said.

recovering from poisoning with a Soviet-era nerve agent. Independent laboratories in Germany, France and Sweden have confirmed that he was poisoned with Novichok, a toxin that has also been used against other opponents of the regime. The Kremlin has flatly rejected the claim that Navalny was poisoned in Russia.

President Trump has also been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize this year. His nomination was submitted by a Norwegian lawmaker, who nominated him in 2018 as well.

Last week, Presidents Trump and Putin were among those "honored" with the Ig Nobel Prize for Medical Education — a tongue-in-cheek award bestowed on them and other world leaders "for using the Covid-19 viral pandemic to teach the world that politicians can have a more immediate effect on life and death than scientists and doctors can

That would be a nice addition to his other well-deserved peace awards.:D

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro bestowed on Putin the Hugo Chávez Prize for Peace and Sovereignty of the Peoples. Putin can put it on his mantel beside China's Confucius Peace Prize, which he won in 2011.

This is why I never celebrate my calls/puts overnight.

After all that red on global economy and futures over the weekend and it goes green. :banghead:

the Donetsk drivers are very happy with Putin.

But I haven't seen any videos of Donetsk residents cheering.

I can't help to think there is more to the timing of this invasion than we know, particularly after the Trump saga there. We know he tried to cut military supplies to Ukraine and we know he had business interests in Russia and maybe a conniving relationship with Putin. Trump did not hide his desire to have good relations with Russia despite our military warning against it.
Something isn't right here...

Certification of Nordstream 2 is cancelled by Germany. So they don't buy gas coming thru Nordstream 2. That will cost Russia billions each year. Russia threatening with higher gas prices.

Trump is a puppet on strings for Putin. Trump would sell the US and even his own children for money.

well as usual ive got my eyes set on daytrading UVXY if bear reaction or SOXL if bullish... i'm loving this setup, volatility will be spectacular. im currently about 15k in inverses over weekend, almost no long exposure

i pair trade by setting up a sequence of 4-5 trades each using OTO hard & trailing stops (I do both to mix it up and lock in profits w/trail stops on fast up and down spikes; and use hard stop positions to reduce shakeouts).

you ever try the martingale strategy with this pair trading of yours? i just try this for the first time today and holy fuck...i just got paid today 2/22/22.
