This has been on my mind and I think for the aforementioned reasons (people who are invested in Bitcoin) I think this might actually happen. I may be about to turn into one of those guys advocating for regulatory capture.
Very difficult to call a bottom especially with something like BTC which has no historical data. If you're going to hold i would consider just putting a small amount in and then leaving it be.
