Great idea! I always said this whole "due process" and "rule of law" thing is wildly overrated :)! I think we should put people in jail in order to see what happens more often. After all, it's only these few people that get hurt, so should be, as you say, a "win-win situation".

I don't really see how but I am genuinely interested in your vision as to why they are different.

You may think this is a rhetorical statement but it isnt really (maybe just a bit).

I could see however how giving a trial to OBL for his crimes against humanity across the globe would have been difficult.... Given how the USA doesnt acknowledge the International Court of Justice in Den Hague's jurisdiction.
