Why was the Obama adminstration tapped Flynn's calls in the first place

I want to know who the hell authorized the tap in the first place. I didn't know you were allowed to listen in on your political rivals in this country. It seems Obama can re-write the calls and no one cares. It was Obama who listened in on journalists it didn't like afterall.


No one seems the least bit concerned about this. Its scandalous.
