Sorry, didn't mean to condescend. It is fascinating to me that in NQ the occasions channels most often work to the tick is in bear and bull flags.

Re volume filters to enhance FTT detection, IMO that is ridiculous on a five minute chart. And in any event they would do better to base FTT detection on S/R. A continual cause of amusement to me that they don't.
 
Goyim, I agree if you trade NQ. After all, "channels work in all time frames and for all instruments with sufficient liquidity." I'd love to see you trade on my turf. It ain't nearly as pretty and ponderous as ES. But you may not think I lived up to my part of the bargain, as not all people you think are me are me. We need to discuss other conditions as well, such as the minor matter of trading successfully in size, as Jack claims to swing a 10K car dick. And how you will prove you actually traded. Nobody believes ME when I post HOD/LOD trades with only ONE car. As to banning my IP, go learn about randomly assigned IPs on cable. I trade NQ all day long making chump change, so you ain't gonna impress me trading one car. Everyone can see that you are a blowhard, BTW, so quit while you are a head.

I agree. What I was thinking of had more to do with using the "scalpel tools" to see what the boyz are up to. As I mentioned in a post on another thread, I like a #11 blade.

I am in the practice of interpreting unprovoked ad hominems as being indicative of the fact that the person with whom I was discussing something, has been titrated. Which is to say, he/she doesn't understand or dysunderstood what I was saying.

The question I was asking was if the BSD's fade the SCT do they do so with size, frequency or both? I am not in possession of JH's "black box" so I do not know the extent to which it is capable of detecting a pattern. They (the BSD's) could of course use some sort of random number generator to determine timing or quantity but then at what point would their faux activity start to affect their "usual trading activity"?
 
I was not referring to you. I apologize for my error in composition. Since most ETer's are not native English speakers (or appear not to be), one generally need not waste much linguistic skill on them.

How do they fade SCT? With pure price. Using the tape, of course. Plus additional information not on the tape pertaining to the source of trades. A Bloomberg is a marvelous thing combined with CME membership.
