Although your rhyme may seem less then perfect
You Sir have my utmost respect
Learning to think backwards is no easy task
But it is necessary to drink from the flask
Trading so easy, it sure doesnât seem
But it really is, once youâve adjusted the bean
Now you say your fear, it is so palatable
What to fear, except being un-actionable
We all place trades, the out come we never know
The worst that should (must/ damn well better) happen, we lose a small amount of dough
I share this quote from Rimping â that heâs so eloquently stated in another thread
This game is truly only about â what is contained in our little ole head
And of course, WHAT WE DO
Quote from Rimping:
As I read somewhere and I think it is quite true: to make money in the markets it is not necessary to know what the market is going to do, you only have to know always what YOU are going to do.
=========================================
Correct action originates from correct thought
Correct action begets trust
Trust begets correct action
Correct action supports correct thought
Which ultimately evolves into a self amplifying/ self reinforcing loop
Fear comes in when one or more of the above is missing
Now maybe I am wrong about the above (I am by no means a psychologist)â¦
But I absolutely know this....
Wherever your mind goes â you ass will followâ¦. It has no other choiceâ¦
=========================================
I also know
When your thoughts and actions are in alignment â there is no stress, no reservations, no fear, no second guessing.. nothing negative
It is simply a matter of executing
Stress, distrust, whatever crappy stuff..., comes only when oneâs thoughts and actions are NOT aligned

Early in my trading I took a journey - it sucked..., but I learned a lot about myself - some good..., some bad
What I've shared above - is a small bit of what I learned from that journey
