This is not meant to be a pro-Trump post. I just want to understand why the left is against profiling in Airports? There is a difference between "profiling" and "racial profiling".
My friends on the left who are pro-Hillary, please tell me which of the following profiling statements is incorrect AND OR racist.
#1. Men are more likely to commit acts of terror in the USA than Women.
#2. A Mexican Immigrant, a Shaolin Monk from China and a Syrian Refugee board a plane in NY. All three men are carrying bags on board. A TSA agent stops the Syrian Refugee to check his bag. He only checks the bag of the Syrian man and lets the Shaolin Monk and Mexican Immigrant go unchecked.
Is this Profiling driven by incorrect and racist stereotypes OR is it smart data-driven time management? Isn't the entire Elitetrader website nothing but people sharing "profiling" data on CEOs, their backgrounds, their tendencies. Sharing technical data, looking for patterns be it fundamental or technical. Why is it wrong to look at historical data to predict future events? These events could be earnings, the behavioral characteristics of a CEO or it could be the next terrorist attack.
If Syrian Refugees face tougher screening processes than a Jamaican Immigrant then that my friends is a form of profiling. How is that wrong? Tell me why it is wrong.
