You don't choose your race but you get to choose GROUPS you belong to. One is voluntary, the other is not. Do I have to even explain this? Really?

It was killed by a Republican filibuster, not a single Democrat voted against it so what are you talking about exactly?

The concept I’m trying to relate is you a using the same technique tgat racists do to disparage a group of people: the actions of one bad member represents the whole group.
Time for a history lesson...
Starting January 2009, at the beginning of the 111th Congress, in the month that Barack Obama was inaugurated president, the House of Representatives was made up of 257 Democrats and 178 Republicans. There is no question that Democrats had total control in the House from 2009-2011.
You forgot there was an economic crash to take care of and Dems never had filibuster proof majority even then.
So despite the economic crash we still got Obamacare. There really is no excuse for Obama's failure to enact his gun control agenda.... beyond that it sucked so bad that he couldn't even get the House Democrats on board.
Being a Trump supporter is VOLUNTARY and SELF CHOSEN activity, being part of a race is NOT.
The concepts are fundamentally different and hence can't be interchanged in these situations.
Also, this is not the only incidence of Trump supporter going on a mass rampage, I can list a lot more, I have posted about it on this forum and if you read their comments on how they are reacting, they really are a despicable group. They are now sending death threats to survivors based on bullshit conspiracy theories, I posted about that in another thread.
