The only problem with that is the human body has a difficult time digesting any more than 45-55 grams/protein per meal.
I weigh 225 and eat 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight during mass building. That's 338 grams/day. I have to split that up in a day meaning 8 meals = consuming about 43 grams protein per meal.
During cutting phase (dieting), I eat 2 grams protein/meal. That's 450 grams protein/day. At 56 grams protein/meal, I'm pushing the envelope on being able to digest it all.
Trust me, if I could use 200-300 grams/protein in a meal, I would do it. Just doesn't work though.
