NoDoji's first link references 7 clinical studies on vegan diets reversing heart disease and the post you are quoting contains at least 5 studies on the same topic. The data is pretty striking, should you chose to read it.
Those studies involve a panoply of lifestyle changes including exercise, stress relief, cessation of smoking etc. I'll make this even easier on the both of you show me just ONE study documenting reversal of heart disease (by imaging not simply cholesterol markers) thru a vegan diet alone.
