Why dont the muslim countries help their brothers?

I dont buy it.

I believe that most would agree that that monies will improve the quality of life of anybody (even monks that practice to "cease to desire"). If at the very least to build an infrastructure from which a society can grow, if no thrive.

THe arab nations can certainly help big time with this, but dont. Just curious why

If or when a people gives up, forfeits their freedom, allows themselves to be ruled over by an outside source, their infrastructure will be changed. It's the capitalist way.
