Quote from oddiduro:
Brother, as I do not know if you are a Christ I will call you Phil
Phil,
You suggest that we are all the one being, experiencing a three dimensional video game for the experience of mortality. Is this correct?
To make it more interesting, we have thrown ourselves into a maze and then forgot the map, so that we could find our way out.
This game is made in artificial time so that we could feel artificial pressure to give us some sort of stimulus. That way we could experience something as we are immortal and eternal.
So, tell me, where is it that we came from? Where is our home? We are sentient, so we had to have come from somewhere before we got here, now, where is that place?
Brother, since I do not know if you are oddiduro, I will call you Peter..."the rock"!
Your articulation of my position is most prescient.
I can see that you grasp the main points quickly.
Open your mind one more time and try to get your head around this next one.
Home is Self.
Self is the totality of everything.
The totality of everything has no "place".
The world inludes the concept that there can be a "place" for the Son of God to "lay his head".
But, in fact, it is impossible to place limits, or otherwise define what knows no place, nor time in which to be "there".
Once you grasp this, you can then comprehend how it is that the whole world is "within you"...and...how the entire "Kingdom of God" is also "within you".
The world is in you as an idea.
The idea functions as a speck in your eye, temporarily blinding you to what is "in front of your face".
What is "in front" of you is all that is you.
What is "in front" of man's eyes is all that is nOt you.
All experiences are your experience, though you seem to be limited to only one.
All experience is your experience, whether true or false, fake or real, truth or illusion.
What is in front of the face of man is a tiny - crazy - thought in his true mind.
The tiny thought blinds man entirely to what gives rise to the thought.
The thought is blinding, and is intended to blind.
So,
Where is this mind?
Where is this mind that is playing games?
Where is the mind that is ending games?
Where is the mind that never knew of such games?
Where is the mind that would laugh at such games?
This cannot be defined and has no meaning in reality.
It is through seeking
no place that we find our true "place".
That place is our "home".
When you look at the world, you see only what is nOt representative of your mind.
The world is a mask over your mind.
The world buries your mind under layers of sub/un/consciousness, and all kinds of "dirt".
The entire sub/un/conscious structure is for keeping secrets.
The split levels of mind are for self-deception.
The split levels are for self-sabatoge.
There are really no split levels of your mind.
The splits and levels are part of a grand game.
In reality, you know everything, all at once.
Every thought you have is shared with the totality instantly.
There are no thoughts that exist outside of your mind.
The thoughts of GoD are within your mind.
Your mind is equal in magnitude and scope to that of the One who has gifted it to you.
In brief,
You are "home", as you really are.
You are nOt home, as a self-cOncept. [think: "con" cept]
The world is a singular self-concept.
Hence,
"Know thy Self".
I sometimes call Self "Christ".
There are really no words to describe.
But if there was a word, it would be a single word, ie. Christ!
There are
no limits!
The difference in experience is the difference between being aware or unaware.
Going home is all about rising above a temporarily constricted awareness.
The metaphor for this process is to go from sleep to awake.
Home is full awareness.
Home is the knowledge of oneness, without split level games.
GoDspeeD,
Christ!
