Why Can’t We Talk About the Murder Wave?

If a gun is stolen, I'm not going to penalize the victim. If it is intentionally sold into the black market, that's different.

Stop and frisk is used to various degrees throughout America in the battle against high crime. It isn't the police who are complaining. Yes, it should be used the most in high crime areas. For the good of potential victims who live in those areas. We have an emergency in many inner cities.

How many innocent friskees or family members would be dead now if it weren't for the policies?

Majority of guns in the black market are illegally sold into it by straw purchases. If we only had to worry about stolen guns in the black market gun violence would reduce by ~90%.

I’m not going entertain your argument advocating for stop and frisk because it’s a means of last resort, it’s inefficient, has poor racial distribution, and makes law enforcement more deadly.

And anyone who is stopped and frisked who hasn’t committed a crime has nothing to fear.
This is exactly what I have been saying all along. That and comply with police instructions when given, which for real for real, shouldn't even be a factor that comes into play for most, unless you're king of the corner poisoning young minds with $20 trips to a happy place.

Tony's f'n clueless as to how things really are on the streets. Cops are your friends if you're not hurting anyone, and being a friend does not go hand in hand with being a snitch.

Tony's a bot.
But a fun bot between trades to keep one at the monitor.

Well lets abolish the 4th amendment and let police search any person, car, house etc they want.Anytime,no warrant required. If the person isn't a criminal they have nothing to fear.

No, probable cause and reasonable suspicion still applies.
...Duh.
Besides, you can't draw parallels between a warrant to search an entire house and someone standing on a corner in plain view of a street cop on the beat selling drugs to children.
Why do you have a problem with this?!
For real Tony? I know you're not that stupid unless you really are a bot here.
If you're not a bot, you must be lilly-assed-privileged-white af.
That's the only way you can be that clueless.
Did you grow up in a bubble?

70% of the people stopped and frisked had no drugs, guns, warrants etc and let go so obliviously they weren't only stopping people that they seen standing on a corner in plain view of a street cop on the beat selling drugs to children.

Those people should thank the police for keeping the neighborhood safer.
