We hope that the police are actively fighting crime, Black on Black, or otherwise.

Private citizens DO focus on murders in Black communities ...
they do what they can ...
they march ... and they appeal to killers to 'turn themselves in.'

Private citizens aren't law enforcement.
They aren't given a gun and a badge.
They aren't sworn to serve and protect.
And they aren't given a nice salary with nice benefits to do so.

Secondly
Criminals with guns and badges are worst than a known traditional criminals; it's just as I've said before, on a similar topic: a closeted racist is worst than a known racist.
Crooked cops can be more easily stopped by a citizen.
We know where they live.
We know where they are.
We know where they work.
We have video.
We have witnesses less afraid to come forward.

It is silly to say, in effect, if not in these exact words,
"HEY, JOE PLUMBER! LEAVE THOSE CROOKED COPS ALONE, GO DO WHAT WE PAY LAW ENFORCEMENT TO DO, AND HUNT DOWN THESE BLACK COMMUNITY KILLERS YOURSELF!"

Dumbed down
Citizens pay police to go after criminals, of all colors.

Citizens police the police, because it is silly to think any organization can police itself.

Citizens aren't equipped to actively pursue killers.

Bonus
Ask and answer for yourself why law enforcement is having such a "hard time" catching Black criminals that operate in Black communities.

Maybe that should be invested next by us citizens.

Are you trying to say White people determine the criminality rates in the US?

IF you take out the crimes committed by non whites, the crime rate using guns is lower than the top 10 nations in the World. (Eleventh if I remember correctly).

How could the US "probably" be the most F'ed up nation?
