No other country has gun ownership and availability as high as The US.
Criminals provide guns to other criminals. White people have nothing to with it unless the criminal who sold the gun is a White person. I doubt if that is so in inner cities.

Blaming high gun ownership in the US for crimes by anyone is absurd to say the least. If high gun ownership was the problem, then other countries would also have high crime rates.
