Instead of trying to scare people about BILLIONS, why don't you talk about per capita spending or even percentage spending of city's budget?

Are you trying to have a honest conversation or is 'CALIFORNIA BAD' is the agenda again? Show the numbers in context if you really give a shit about California's taxpayers who already have to subsidize not only their own citizens but red states as well.
