For the amount of money that has been spent on the program you could have rented each and every one of the 57,794 homeless in LA a starter condo -- or purchased them one if done via multi-unit acquisitions.
Yep. My best friend growing up lived homeless in London when he was 17, it was temporary but he has always loathed large communal shelters.
Better to stay on the street if you can, there are decent places but always packed he said. He also had a pet rat, he says if a well fed rat won't eat dumped food, don't touch it yourself.
Useful tip. Maybe the rat would be a good party mascot for the Trumpers who want to spit from the rational members. They are loyal, not very bright but they know what they want etc?
