Why Are Tens Of Thousands of Homeless Still Sleeping on the Streets in LA despite spending Billions

WOW!

0.14 % of a large city is homeless.

I am sure that doesn't happen in Republican run cities or states!

Let's concern troll more while these very states and cities feed the red state shitholes.

Sorry, Mr. exGOPer, but you're off by one order of magnitude. 1.4% of the city is homeless.

I hope you don't suck at life the way you suck at math.

LA has a budget bigger than 10 states including many of your red states. If that's poor, what do you call Mississippi?

And what is wrong with CA spending it's own money on it's own citizens? Are they stealing from some other state? Why don't you worry about your own shitholes with meth epidemics and falling living standards instead of concern trolling about world's fifth biggest economy.
Lol at the math comment.
LA has a bigger budget than Mississippi - but who gives a shit? Strawmanning the issue.
CA has lots of big earners from whom to redistribute wealth.

Isn’t it ironic how Libs become very fastidious about wealth redistribution from state to state...
But push hard for wealthy individuals to give up more and more for the poor?

I have a feeling some are confusing LA with LA county. LA county is 10-11 Million, so a quarter of California's population.

Just an interesting tidbit, I found this 2015 map of homeless.

http://graphics.latimes.com/homeless-los-angeles-2015/

The simple reality is the US is going to be SWIMMING in homeless in the coming decade. The liquidity of the bottom 20% is nothing, they are nearly all in inescapable debt. The bottom 5%, forget it.

So feel free to keep saying why can't they just xyz but there is no meat on the bone. The Walton family and others have it.

Perhaps the republicans could develop some kind of Christian suicide booth because they kindness (and ignorance) is killing people anyway. Look at the oligarchs, citizens united/campaign funding, gerrymandering etc. otherwise the split brained and sick system will never work again.

Love?

In order to resolve a problem like DACA now and in the future, perhaps the US should learn from China for a "One country, two systems" policy.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_country,_two_systems

Alaska would have a separate system from the mainland by implementing and offering various government services.

With special (re)entry permit, the Dreamers if they don't want to return to their native land/ country would have to relocated to Alaska where has a goal to maintain a self-sufficient government services, with minimal help/ assistance from the mainland governments.

Hopefully, the Dreamers taking advantage of different minimum (lower) wages in Alaska could cultivate/ develop some sorts of industries or entrepreneurial projects for the benefits of the whole USA later.

Probably a long term solution alternative. The wall then is not required - saving the money as well.

Perhaps truly a New World to many Dreamers!

Otherwise, Alaska would have limited potential under current form and conditions, and hence underutilised!

Or, a very very tough issue now and in the future in long run, in case of an unexpected wave of asylum-immigrants of whatever backgrounds or cultures from somewhere and nowhere.

lol

Lol..drive-boys, Fly bys...answer me this if you can? why do you and your friends have to make up these stupid BS stories and professions..How do you have so much free time to hang on a forum?

Probably for the same reasons you and your "friends" do it.

The city is a toilet.
It literally stinks like a urinal.
Gross...
Let me guess Mr Real Estate Tycoon? One of your discreet friends you met online put a roofie in your cocktail and you woke up in a gutter with your spandex down to your knees and your wallet missing.
