It's a shame EVERYBODY isn't required to pass a civics test on American History and the US Constitution*. Perhaps then all would understand what allowed America to become wealthier, to have more individual freedoms and in fact, to be better than the rest of the world... and how greed has morphed us into being more LIKE the rest of the world... leading to our demise.

*I believe Hillsdale College in Michigan requires a passing grade on US Constitution for all degrees. Same should be mandated in HS.
