Mr. Subliminal. By far some of the funniest shit I've ever read, here or anywhere. If he could hook up with the Monty Python crew, heaven knows what they'ed come up with.

I gotta go with calling it a dead heat between Mr. Sub and Optional. Mr Sub gets the nod for self deprecating and well written and thought out subject matter. Optional gets the nod for keeping what would, on the surface, figure to be repetitive stuff very fresh and original while maintaining a consistent style.

But for out and out belly laughs, I gotta go with the professional funnyman. After all, Mr. Sub and Optional do have their other lives and their humor is a great contribution to society and all, but hey, Thunderbolt has dedicated his LIFE to coming up with funny shit. So even though it isn't fair to compare a professional to amateurs, funny is just funny. So Tbolt, the consummate pro, gets the "funniest" award.

BTW, I think it is not only unfair to compare amateurs to pros, but Tbolt should, after all this time come clean and stop hiding behind that alias. We all know he is really Mel Brooks. Why continue the charade? (and I have a sneaking suspicion that Traderfut2000 maybe Woody Allen. Not sure. Just a feeling I can't shake).
