The stats in the USA disagree with your opinion. Even allowing for poverty, the "few black thugs" are more numerous than the violent members of "the most violent race in the history of the plant."

It's not rocket science. The evidence is plentiful, widely accepted and true. There's good reason to cross the street when a bunch of black youths approach.
