You want real reform, let's start here:

If you dial 911 to report a Black person being Black, you will be arrested and have to pay a fine. Throwing you down on the ground and putting a knee on your back is optional but highly encouraged.

If the incident is videotaped, the white person's face shall be made viral for all to see and let the employers and friends take appropriate actions.

This is racist harrassment and never stops because the cops do nothing about it and neither do the lawmakers. So it is time for the public to step in and regulate.

You bring up a valid point.

I am black and have been dealing with racism my entire life. My grandfather dealt with it and his kids dealt with it, I have dealt with it and my kids will deal with.

If America cared about ending racism, the would simply pass a law against racism. America enjoys allowing racism to continues.

South Africa passed a law against racism. Nice and simple. What is taking America so long to pass a law? They don't give a shit , that is why.
