white Magatard shoots 5 year old Black kid in the face

This incident is not about white/black or anything going on nationally -- it appears to be about mental illness. It may be time to note the child is mixed race.

Trying to portray this incident as being about race - is a disservice to the family of the child and to the community of Wilson.

I wouldn't be surprise if that kid got caught between some B.S. between the neighbour and the Dad.

Just want to save these.


When an exercise rope is found in an Oakland part it is assumed to be a hate crime. When a white person commits a crime where the victim is black it is immediately assumed to be a hate crime.

But look at these two goofs tripping over themselves to find some explanation that won't even entertain the idea of a hate crime. Even going so far as using mental illness as an excuse for this henious crime just so they don't have to mention the word hate crime in the context of a black person victimizing a white child. The unspoken implication of course being that a mentally ill non-white person is incapable of committing a hate crime.

Peak leftism. If you did any more somersaults to avoid the obvious you'd be a gold medalist in the summer olympics.

Also, how do you know what will happen to him. Maybe the county the crime occurred has a new DA that will strike no deals and seek the death penalty. Yet, pretend that happens...he's convicted and gets the death sentence.

I pretty much ignored the rest of your post since it had no value, but I'll go ahead and bookmark this part so I can check back once I follow up on this animal and his fate, so I can tell you I told you so. Normally I'd not care to do that, but since you're playing quite the random antagonist in this thread, I'll take extra joy in it.

It’s only a hate crime if the guy shot the kid *because* he’s white.

Depends on your standard for evidence. If you read my post carefully the point I am making is that: there is virtually never evidence white-on-black crime is a hate crime yet all crimes are assumed this way by law enforcement and the media. If the crime is black-on-white the assumption is the perpetrator is just a "bad seed" and people trip over themselves to find a reason it's not a hate crime.

I'm asking for actually equality in the treatment of mixed-race crimes and the acknowledgement that in the current climate the probability of this being a hate crime is extremely high.

I hope they set up a GoFundMe page if they need financial help for the costs to bury their son and any costs for psychological help for the other children that had to witness such a heinous crime.

It’s not assumed. It’s investigated as a possible motive as are many other motives.

You know why the current climate is so hot? Somebody has invigorated the white supremacy Movement. There isn’t really a black supremacy movement. Or an Asian one.

and the reality most crimes even mixed race crimes aren’t racially motivated. But some definitely are. And we as a society have deemed some motivations for committing a crime worse than others.
